Types of pillows

  • Body pillows

are very long, like the height of an average adult, and are used to provide support to the head and to the neck, and to the knees and legs. Body pillows can be very useful in providing support for people that sleep on their sides and for pregnant women.

Neck pillows

are neck supporters, by keeping the neck in alignment. Another name for these pillows is cervical pillows.

  • Travel pillows

are providing support to the neck and to the head when sitting. They have a shape of the "U" letter that fits around the neck in order to avoid the head from slipping into an uncomfortable and a possible harmful position while sleeping

like their name, are shaped in a shape of a donut, with a hole in the middle of it, in order to alow the pressure on the body's tailbone. Donut pillows are used by people that have suffered an injury to the tailbone, or suffer from an ailment of the colon such as haemorrhoids

(piles).

System Tip : If you suffer from lower back pain, use a pillow under your knees while sleeping, it will help

you, and reduce the pressure to the curve of the lower back.
